Beginners Guide to CBD

Are you interested in using CBD? Fortunately, you have come to the right place. Clinical studies have shown that CBD can help reduce pain and inflammation in individuals who are suffering from various conditions, including chronic pain or illnesses. When it comes to choosing CBD, you have a lot of options. Not only is there a great variety of CBD products available on the market currently, there are also numerous ways to consume or use CBD, making it much easier for you to get into. Also, it is worth saying that CBD is more legalized in the United States currently, as some states only allow cannabis products that do not contain any THC at all.

Many types of CBD do not contain THC or only contain trace amounts, which means that it is much easier to find in your local area or get online. While some studies suggest that CBD’s effectiveness is made greater when it is combined with THC, this is not necessarily something that is needed when taking CBD. However, it is notable that many people in the United States who have their medical marijuana card combine both CBD and THC to treat and manage their mental or physical conditions. If you are wanting to get into CBD and use it alone or with medical marijuana, here are some good tips to help you get started. Remember that it is important to speak to your doctor or medical provider before you start adding any sort of medication or drug to your diet.

Like I said earlier, there are lots of different ways to use CBD. Many people who have respiratory problems prefer not to use inhalation methods like smoking or vaping CBD, and that is a smart choice in my opinion. While CBD is generally regarded as risk free, it’s worth mentioning that there is enough research and scientific evidence out there that proves smoking as unhealthy for your lungs. Therefore, choosing a method of consuming CBD that does not involve inhalation may be the way to go! Anyways, just because you don’t want to inhale cannabis does not mean that you cannot experience the benefits. Luckily, there are many various ways in which you can consume cannabis in the form of CBD. Some oral methods are great for people who prefer their CBD doses in a non-inhalation form. CBD edibles can come in many different forms like gummies, candies, capsules, tablets, and other types of supplements. Many clinical studies have shown that cannabidiol provides many different wellness benefits. In fact, CBD has breached the athletic market and become one of many other supplements that athletes use to train and hone their body before competitions. Tinctures are also popular among the CBD community: tinctures are odorless and portable and easy to administer. Using CBD tinctures merely involves putting a few drops under your tongue and letting the oil be absorbed by your mouth. You can also get them in a variety of flavors, making them taste like different fruits or gummies.

There is also a newer method for consuming CBD known as dabbing. Most people who are not generally into the cannabis world may not know what is involved in dabbing with CBD. However, like many other methods of consuming CBD, dabbing is one form that some people prefer over others. First, I want to say that dabbing is technically a form of smoking, so if you are not on board with any CBD inhalation then this might not be the best method for you. However, dabbing CBD is extremely effective and the reaction is very fast, providing some of the quickest relief out there for pain and other ailments.

Can Marijuana Help With Weight Loss?

Since my time as a marketer and a blogger, I have heard of a lot of interesting questions posed to me about cannabis. More specifically, is it possible to lose weight with the help of marijuana? It’s no secret that obesity is a huge problem in the United States today. In fact, it is true that over 70 million adults in the U.S. alone are concerned about obesity due to a variety of factors.

The average American diet definitely plays an important role in the weight of the Americans, especially with high sugar and fat contents. However, sometimes people struggle with weight problems that are linked to chronic hormonal conditions and other physical limitations. If that is the case, the normal suggestion to just “diet and exercise” will not always be helpful for people trying to lose weight. Being overweight can heavily affect someone’s standard of living, lifestyle, and even life expectancy.

This is a scary reality that many Americans face! Interestingly, a study was done at Michigan State University that found marijuana users generally weigh less than people who do not use marijuana. This is surprising to me because many times smoking mirjuana is known to increase one’s appetite. Either way, the study concluded that marijuana might be a more effective form of treating weight compared to prescription medication or surgery.

So when it comes to marijuana, you have to keep in mind that different strains of the plant do different things. If losing weight is your goal, we have compiled a short list of some marijuana strains that could actually aid in weight loss. Keep in mind that each one of these strains is high in THC, which is the psychoactive component found in cannabis. So you are definitely going to be experiencing a high while you shred off those pounds! The first strain is called Durban Poison, which hails from South Africa and is known for it’s high THC content. With that being said, perhaps beginner marijuana users should not start off with this strain because it can be easy to over do it. In any case, there is a connection between THC content and ability to aid with weight loss – so if you are trying to lose weight with the help of marijuana, this might be a good option!

Cannabis-pressed Shortbread Cookies

Another strain that may be good for helping with weight loss is called Northern Lights. This strain is very well-known and falls into the Indica category for the type of high. While some cannabis highs are energy inducing, others produce a more calming and relaxing effect. Northern Lights is a strain of cannabis that helps with the latter. People who have sleeping problems often use this strain because of its ability to help them feel calm and be able to sleep. If you have ever struggled with insomnia in your lifetime, you know that people will do anything they can to finally get some sleep at night. Marijuana can work better for a lot of people in helping them sleep than other things like medication, alcohol, or other substances. Marijuana has much less harmful side effects and can allow people to experience a healthier night’s sleep.

I hope that this article was helpful in providing you with some of our favorite marijuana standards that are high in THC content and potentially help you lose weight.

Amazon Is On The Weed Train Now

The fight for legalizing marijuana from state to state has been a long journey, but it appears that things are looking up for our country and cannabis in recent months. Over 30 of the 50 United States have gone ahead and legalized cannabis in some form, including CBD, medical marijuana, and recreational marijunana. What does this mean for you as a regular cannabis consumer? Well, hopefully in the near future, you will be able to find more and better quality dispensaries around your area and will have access to a wider variety of cannabis products. There have been several significant milestones in the marijuana industry, and it seems that we have just hit a new one. In July of 2021, Amazon actually came out and supported the legalization of marijuana. For those of us who have been pulling for this for years, this announcement was a huge deal. Not only is Amazon a massive global corporation and one of the most profitable companies out there right now, but it is also true that corporate lobbying basically runs our government. Policies and laws are created and destroyed on the basis of companies shelling out massive amounts of money to political leaders who are literally accepting bribes to make policies that go against the regular American citizen. With that being said, perhaps Amazon being in support of legal cannabis in the United States might not be such a bad thing.

A massive public like corporation standing in support of an illegal, but natural drug is highly rare in our country today. Amazon is also regarded as one of the most popular and well-trafficked websites in the world, and millions of people use their products and services every day. So the fact that this company is in support of legalizing cannabis is a huge deal as far as I’m concerned. It is also worth mentioning that Amazon made it’s second headquarters in Washington D.C. where it is getting a ton of political traction in the lobbying area. Like I mentioned before, big corporations love to throw money in the direction of senators and congressmen who love putting it in their pocket. So what does this mean on a ground level? Why is Amazon willing to come out in support of cannabis? Well, for starters, Amazon needed to be the ones to put the money where their corporate mouth is. In that regard, Amazon needed to make a few changes after they put out this statement. One of the cool things that Amazon has decided to do is that they no longer will be testing employees for THC use going forward.

I think this is a super cool initiative on their end; however, I did hear that they will still be testing for THC levels in certain roles or positions, which I guess you can’t really argue with. Many consumers of marijuana are faced with tough choices when marijauna is legal in their state, but they could potentially be punished at their place of employment for testing positively on random drug tests for THC or other forms of cannabis. This would be super annoying for someone who only smokes weed at home and not on the job, but still might get fired from their position. Luckily, if you were an employee at Amazon you no longer have to worry about this.

I think that this cannabis policy is something that companies should pick all around the country. Especially in those states that completely legalize medical and recreational weed, how do you expect to pull from a good pool of job candidates if you get rid of everyone who may consume cannabis on the weekends?

Common Questions About Medical Marijuana

Have you been wondering about getting involved with medical marijuana? Cannabis is quickly becoming more and more popular across the United States as a great form of holistic medicine. Holistic medicine refers to the health of an entire person. The effects of cannabis treat the mind, body, feelings, environment, and other factors that all contribute to the overall health of a person. The idea of holistic medicine dates back for centuries before the current day. Interestingly, holistic medicine is always some sort of natural drug or remedy, rather than some manufactured drug or operation.

Isn’t it helpful to know that what you are putting in your body is one hundred percent natural? I think that it is. Oftentimes when it comes to treating mental health problems in the United States, it involves simply prescribing medications that target the mind but fail to interact with the other factors of the human experience. Research has shown that there are so many different factors beyond the mind that contribute to a person’s poor mental health, including outside stressors, bodily health, and overall stress levels on a day to day basis.

Marijuana is probably the most popular medicinal plant for holistic health. There is a reason that medical marijuana is becoming more and more popular in the United States. Why? Because it works! Study after study have shown that marijuana is effective in treating a variety of physical and mental ailments, and lacks many of the side effects of the drugs or medications that are used for the same things. There is also a huge variety of varying effects of marijuana based on the type of strain and the method of consumption. That’s right, you don’t even need to necessarily smoke marijuana or inhale it to reap the benefits. Topicals, oils, creams, edibles, and tinctures are also extremely popular and effective in today’s markets.

When it comes to uses of medical marijuana, the most common use is to treat pain caused by many different health conditions. Marijuana is great at relieving physical pain as well as mental pain. And the most beneficial part of it is that one helps the other. By relieving your physical pain, you are also reducing your mental pain. This is what makes cannabis a holistic medicine. Medical marijuana is also extremely helpful in reducing and relieving nausea and vomiting, especially when it’s related to anxiety. I have a friend who throws up all the time when he gets anxious, and it is just not a pretty sight. Not only does marijuana treat the nausea that he experiences, but it also helps to reduce his anxiety to much more manageable levels! Why wouldn’t anyone want to do this?

If you get anything from this article, I hope it’s that you can totally have an escape from anxiety and depression if you are currently struggling with those things. Medical marijuana has been scientifically proven time after time to successfully relieve people of all sorts of pain. Whether it’s mental pain, physical pain, or some chronic conditions or ailments, cannabis has got your back!

Remember that different strains of cannabis are better for treating anxiety than others. Make sure to talk to your doctor and other health professionals about what type of cannabis would be right for you. Through medical marijuana, you can treat your body and mind through holistic medicine that will bring your entire being back into balance.  As always, feel free to leave your comments about what you think of this article. You guys may not realize this, but your feedback is super important to me.

Are Tobacco Companies Trying to Take Over the Cannabis Industry?

Big tobacco companies have been some of the most prominent voices that are fighting back against the legalization of marijuana across the country. In the United States, the fight for legalization of marijuana has been a long slog, bogged down by numerous government, political, and corporate entities that have slowed the process in getting weed legalized. However, those who have rallied from legal cannabis in the United States are finally being able to reap the buds of their labor. However, now that things are looking up for the marijuana industry, it seems that big tobacco companies are wanting to get involved with cannabis. How can this be? Don’t tobacco companies have any integrity? The answer is no.

You don’t make a business out of poisoning the American people by sticking to a strict moral code, and big tobacco companies aren’t going to come to their ethical sense anytime soon. So why did big tobacco companies oppose the legalization of weed? Mainly, it came down to money. It’s no secret that the marijuana industry is a serious threat to the big tobacco companies that are already trying to find their way back into the lives of consumers who have long since determined smoking as a perfect way to develop lung cancer in their fifties. Now that marijuana is becoming more and more legalized in over 30 states, tobacco companies are making a play to hop on the cannabis train before it’s too late. It’s a smart move as far as money goes, but I think we can all agree that we are sick of big tobacco companies and the nonsense that they come up with.

Like I said earlier, pretty much everyone in the American consumer market knows the health risks associated with smoking tobacco. Tobacco sales have steadily been declining in the United States, and we have decades of clinical research and studies that show the awful health effects associated with smoking tobacco. Plus, smoking used to be seen as cool and normal; now, smoking in public is seen as rude and everyone knows the health risks involved. Personally, I cannot stand the smell of cigarette smoke and I hate when people smoke around me in public. With all that being said, cannabis is a much safer form of smoking in the eyes and minds of the American people, and is generally accepted as more natural and better for you. Just as cannabis is becoming more legalized in the United States, big tobacco companies are ready to come out in support and start adding to their line up of products. According to the CDC, tobacco sales have decreased by 3% to 5% annually. Interestingly, as more is dug up about various tobacco companies, it seems that they have been making a play for the cannabis industry for quite some time. After all, they can see that the world is turning from tobacco in pursuit of bigger and better things (in this case, marijuana!).

To people who have supported the legalization of the cannabis industry for decades, including the grassroots cannabis industry, this play by big tobacco companies have left a bitter taste in their mouths. Afterall, tobacco companies are notorious in the American market for their unethical marketing practices and attempts to get younger generations addicted to smoking to ensure a larger market in the future. When it comes to the cannabis industry, big tobacco should just stay away. They will find a way to make it dirty and addictive and I think that this will create a lot of credibility problems for the legalization of cannabis that has been fought so hard for.

Can Cannabis Boost Your Energy Levels?

Have you ever been trying to get through your work day, or finish running your errands, but you are just feeling exhausted? We have all had moments where we just feel way too tired to do anything. Usually, I tend to hit my energy ‘wall’ around 1:30 or 2:00pm. This wall that I hit can make it really hard to get work done, especially when I just want to take a nap or something like that. However, some people have it even worse than me. Chronic fatigue can be a huge problem for people for a variety of reasons. There are many factors that can contribute to energy loss and fatigue, but many of them have to do with our current American lifestyle.

We are more sedentary than ever before and do not have a lot of healthy eating options available to us. When you are dealing with some serious fatigue, what is your main method of waking up? You probably would not put cannabis in any of your top 10 things to try to use to wake up. But what if I told you that using cannabis can actually boost your energy levels? That’s right – some people may be surprised to hear that you can actually use marijuana to fight back against chronic fatigue. Today we are going to talk about chronic fatigue and energy loss, and how you can use cannabis to maybe increase your energy levels throughout the day. So make sure to keep reading!

So what kind of things can cause chronic fatigue? Well, much of it can be attributed to things like our diet and levels of exercise. People that work from home have to face fatigue and energy loss in even bigger ways, since many of us that work from home just sit at our desk all day and don’t get the opportunity to get up and move around. Low energy levels can also be caused by some nutritional deficiencies that you may be missing. It is important to get an ample amount of vitamin D and B12 in your diet in order to keep your energy levels up. I know that this all sounds like a lot, but there are definitely ways to get your energy back. Many of us associated caffeine with fighting fatigue. Maybe you rely on coffee (I know I do), soda, teas, or energy drinks to try to get a quick caffeine boost during the day. However, research shows that increased levels of caffeine can actually contribute to energy loss and fatigue in the long term. So what on earth do we do?

Well, one thing that we can do is use medical marijuana. You probably do not associate marijuana with boosts of energy. In fact, you may have experienced some serious couch-lock by smoking certain strains of weed. How on earth could marijuana ever wake me up? Well, it really all depends on the strain that you use. Some people know that the different types of cannabis strains will have very different effects on the mind and body, and this is super important when it comes to figuring out which strains you want to use.

Hemp field in garden.

When it comes to increasing your energy levels, you are definitely going to want to look for a sativa dominant cannabis strain. Strains that are sativa heavy are associated with more energizing highs that don’t make you fall asleep. Plus, some people even say that sativa can help increase their levels of creativity and all that. Just make sure that you do not smoke it too close to bedtime, otherwise you may end up a bit too wired to fall asleep.

Cannabis Strains and You

If you know someone who is deep into the world of marijuana, there is a good chance that you have heard them talk about different cannabis strains. They may ramble on and on about strains, potency levels, and hybrids, all while using weird names to describe these different strains that really don’t make any sense. They may also have been talking about strains, varieties, and cultivars – these terms can be confusing, but you really need to know that they do not matter a whole lot. Yes, there are 700 known strains of cannabis, and each one is unique in how it affects one’s mind and body. Cannabis products have been grouped into these varieties and strains for specific reasons. Mostly, it’s to distinguish the type of chemical varieties that make up these plants. Of course, there are all types of different strains that fall into 3 main categories: sativa, indica, or a hybrid. In a very basic and foundational sense, these are basically the 3 main types of cannabis strains that you will encounter in any dispensary you go to in the United States.

Sativa cannabis is generally associated with more energized and mood boosting highs. Sativa is used to help one still relax, but it also does not put you to sleep and can help you to feel more creative and happy. Indica is more useful for extremely relaxing body highs, and oftentimes people will use indica strains to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer when it is bedtime. Then you have hybrid strains that have a mix of sativa and indica. Most popular strains are some form of a hybrid variety, and they will usually be sativa or indica dominant as well. So why am I telling you all of this? Well, it is important to know what you are getting yourself into before you just try any marijuana flower that you come across in the dispensary. While smoking weed is very safe and low-risk, you never know how certain strains will affect you compared to others.

If I could compare weed varieties to one thing, it would probably be wine. Like with wine, beginners of cannabis do not necessarily have the ability or experience to tell the difference between the different strains and profiles of weed. They just smoke it to get high! And there is nothing wrong with that. However, the more that you smoke marijuana and get used to its flavor, terpenes, and effects, you will begin to flesh out your own favorite strains. You will be able to tell the difference in flavor profiles for different strains, and you will notice that the chemical makeup in each strain will affect you differently than it would someone else.

The important thing to keep in mind when it comes to choosing a marijuana strain is to not get too lost in the weeds.  At the end of the day, if you are just starting out your marijuana journey, your best bet would be to get the advice of a professional about which strain might be right for you. If you are a medical maijauna patient, make sure to talk to your doctor or physician about which strains would be right for your condition. You also want to decide whether you want to smoke cannabis, use edibles or tinctures, and more. If you are just using weed recreationally, then your best bet is to do some research online for some of the best beginner marijuana strains. If you are going to a quality dispensary, the budtender on staff should be able to help you pick out some weed to smoke for your first time as well. I hope this was helpful!

How Marijuana Can Help with Insomnia and Anxiety

Marijuana is something that’s great for insomnia, anxiety, and other ailments. There was little research until recently on how effective it is, but this is something that’s become quite the storm for a few people interested in this. Here, we’ll go over how marijuana can help with both of these conditions.

Marijuana and How it Helps Insomnia

Insomnia is a condition where people can’t fall asleep or are unable to stay asleep. Some of it is due to anxiety, and over half of people have some kind of anxiety disorder because of this.  Because there are terrible health complications due to insomnia, it’s imperative that treatment for the condition is offered. Marijuana seems to be one of the many options out there.

This was found in a study done in 2022 by the Biomed Central psychology, who looked at over 600 different people who had either one or both of these different conditions, and also depression too. They all had insomnia as one of the symptoms of their mental health affliction. This study looked at both sativa and indica strains, looking to see if it would help with the insomnia symptoms.

The study in fact, discovered that both of these had good effects on the chances for a person to fall asleep, and were considered way better than just using CBD.  According to the scientists, they found that the strains were useful in the depression group of people, but the indica ones were a lot better than just using CBD ones.

For anxiety, there wasn’t a difference, but it’s been found as well that in this, it helped to alleviate not just the insomnia that a person had, but also some of the other symptoms that are there as well.

Things to consider with this

Right now, there are still studies that show how the research has the benefits that it has to offer. Currently, we do need way more research before we can tout it as a miracle cure, but for some people, this has been used as an option to treat insomnia, and it also has been found that it can help those who have depression and anxiety and are able to feel better as well.

You do need to look at the type of strain. Some people prefer the indica strains right before bed because it puts the body to sleep, due to the deep relaxation that’s there. Some people like to have sativa as a form of winding down and have that a few hours before. For those who are anxious about things, sativa strains can be good for helping to clear the air.

It’s also important to consider the THC that’s within these. Those that are higher in THC may exacerbate the anxiety symptoms in people who have it, simply because of the fact that THC can make a person feel anxious.

But sometimes the CBD trains aren’t going to cut it, because it doesn’t offer the couch lock body high that you want to get from this.

If you do have insomnia in some way, shape or form, consider talking to a doctor about it, and look at your options. If it’s due to anxiety and depression, you should talk to your doctor to find the treatments that are there, and some of the other aspects that sit there. they might be able to help you find a strain that works for you, and allow you to have a better, more rewarding experience for you to try this, and to improve your life.

Marijuana for Breast Cancer

Some people may wonder if they can use medical cannabis to treat breast cancer. Can it help? Would it be the cure for cancer? It’s important to understand that there isn’t nearly enough evidence to prove that marijuana is a magical cancer cure, but some research does say that it may help to slow down, kill, or even prevent tumors from getting malignant.

There is a recent study that was done at the University of South Carolina, where they were able to use THC with mice that had cancer, and there was a diminishing of the development of cancer, and they also noticed that they didn’t develop further tumors.  They were very dramatic types of responses too. There are more studies that are coming out that show THC and CBD being the best way to kill this and have shown results. But there is no scientific evidence that proves that it can help.

How it Can Be Used

There are actually some doctors that don’t want to give it to their patients in order to directly treat this, but instead, it’s used as a means to help with treating different results from cancer treatments.

When you get chemotherapy and radiation, it causes nasty side effects in many people. While you can’t substitute marijuana for those treatments, there are tons of great ways you can use cannabis to help with the side effects those with cancer deal with.

Nausea, pain, sleepiness, and fatigue can be treated, and even relieved with this.

It was found in another study amongst breast cancer patients that about 42% of those who were surveyed actually used medical cannabis, and it was used to treat nausea, pain, and then anxiety.

It was also found that 78% of those who utilized this used it specifically for pain treatment, and most used it to treat insomnia and anxiety too.

Remember as well though that medical marijuana is not a cure-all for those who have cancer. There are different strains that also play a part in this too.

Some of them are better than others, and the method of delivery also may play a role in this too. For instance, some strains that are high in THC may be too intoxicating, and it can help with neuropathic pain, but it also may exacerbate anxiety. Those that are low in THC may also come with higher numbers of CBD, which is a compound that doesn’t intoxicate.

Plus, there are other compounds that are in this known as terpenes, each of which have different effects. The different combinations of this are what create the entourage effect in people. Some strains will wake you up and give you tons of energy, and others will make you tired and sedated. So, if you’re feeling tired from the cancer treatments, then the last thing you want is something that’ll make you sedated. But, if you’re looking for energy, a strain that gives that will help.

The same could be said for those who have insomnia. A strain that gives you energy is not going to help. For a lot of cancer patients, they also may want a strain that directly helps with improving appetite, as one of the side effects is a lack of appetite. Overall, it’s important to discuss this with your doctor, as they can prescribe you the best types of products possible.  You should do this before you hightail it to the dispensary and remember that certain items will create faster effects than others, so be mindful of the different types before you start to take these.

What 710 Is

If you’re someone who loves oils, extracts, concentrates, even dabs, you may want to mark down the calendar for 710, or July 10th. Why is this? well, it spells oil when you put this upside down, and it refers to the THC oils that are out there.

What it is

This is a term that first showed up back in 2010, and it was called 710 then in 2011, according to rapper Daniel De Salles.

This is basically from a guy who is an owner of an extracts company, and the man is the founder of the Secret Cup, which is a community meetup that involves dabbing, camping, and tons of music. It’s only judged by peers but there are international competitors, and some people get in there to vote for the top hash to make it the best that it can be.

Taskrok is a rapper who is known for inhaling the clouds made of vapor, and also rapping about it, and he created the Ti Nalls, which is basically a cannabis paraphernalia company that sells this.

Then, in 12011, this same rapper worked with Linus Stubbs a DJ, and they created an album titled The Movement, which talked about dabbing, and they changed the 420 meaning that most people know, to 710, and also said words like “boil that Oil.”

This later got shared and posted. Some also say that it started in TinyChat, which was a former chatting place that discussed 420.  This was basically trying to figure out the right time to have dabs, and then, that’s when the 710 came about, as this is the upside world for oil.  Taskrok didn’t try to say that he was the guy that owned it, but it’s instead a community movement.

While we still have 420, which is dedicated to the flower that you smoke, 710 does pay tribute to the oil market, which is actually growing, and it’s even more popular than the edibles that used to sweeten the cannabis world.

What Exactly are Dabs

Dabs are something that involve concentrates, which are extracted directly from the plant. They either involve a solvent, or they don’t involve solvents, which is called solvent free, versus solventless.

Cannabis flower is essentially the buds that you pack in the bowl. Dabs are done through a dab rig, a complicated process, usually involving heating this up, and then inhaling the vapors from this.

This is potent. In general, cannabis flower contains up to 25% THC within this, and you can feel these effects for up to 3 hours, on average.

Dabs, however, are almost 90% THC in them in some cases, the ones without the solvents usually are around 60% THC within them. but they work fast.  You’ll usually feel them almost immediately, and they can feel very intense.

They usually peak around 45 minutes, but it causes an insane couch locking sensation, so it’s important that, if you’re new to cannabis, you might want to avoid these extracts.

This is good however, for some people who are interested in taking lots of THC at once. Those with medical conditions and the like can benefit from this, as there are tons of medical issues that cannabis oil can benefit from, and they can offer a variety of needs for you.

Dabs and dab oil are unique experiences. Sometimes a little too potent for people. With that said, always err on the side of being mindful of how much you’re taking. While dabs can be fun, they pack a punch, so keep that in mind when you’re trying to ensure the proper dabbing experience that you want to have.
